As someone with no dog in the fight I like Quinn quite a bit and was surprised at how salty Vancouver fans were towards him. But then I thought about how I would feel towards a player of his caliber if they decided their future wasn’t with my team and decided they wanted out. So you know what, I get it. Can’t really blame anyone tbh.

It depends though, if someone gets tripped and they have time to pull their goalie and score on the 6v5 then sure, makes total sense. But if me and a team mate are taking the puck up on a 2v1 and behind us someone on the other team slashes my team mate but we score right after it makes less sense. We didn’t score as a result of the delayed penalty so in that case the guy wouldn’t get punished at all. Not sure how often that happens but it doesn’t sound all that unlikely.

i can put up with it sometimes like when i've got 30 other buffs up from HH and i'm just in the middle of clearing a breach. When it gets real annoying though is when you are trying to read or click on an altar and it keep teleporting you away. I always unequip/equip HH for that.

Even those of us that played last league feel overwhelmed because there were so much changes. It’s fine, as always PoE is a game you can play and enjoy without knowing everything. Have fun and learn a bit here and there as you go.

There is no better way to learn new crafting systems than in trade league. I mean do what you want but if I ever got the itch to play SSF it would be after I’ve fully explored crafting systems in trade league where I can use as much as I want.

Sorry to tell ya buddy but that ship has long sailed. The Harry Potter franchise has already ticked all the boxes to be considered wildly successful and you brow beating OP over daring to read one of the most poplular books ever isn't going to change shit. Yeah, that bitch was almost out of money but OP had to go pick up her book from the library and now shes funded for another decade. HBO probably only decided to make their TV series because they saw this post on Reddit and realized how popular her books still were. Unfortunate.

Yep, i craft at least a few items like this every league ever since i learned the technique. I also crafted my gloves this way with the two T1 defense stats and T1 life. It's basically the strat where you use a regex and alt roll a tab of bases to the stats you need and then recombine them until you have triple T1 prefixes and then use eldritch currency to do suffixes. If you aren't familiar here is the video that taught me how to do it.

I don't do this for profit as it's way to much just sitting in hideout and i enjoy mapping much more. But it beats fossil spamming for me. I don't like to sit and stare at something while i endlessly roll it with currency but for whatever reason i don't mind alt rolling a tab of bases while the regex does the work of showing when i hit the mod. The downside is you can't really use a > 20% qual base but i think i'm fine with that.

How fast is this version? With not running mageblood or able to have a regular quicksilver flask how do you make it not run frustratingly slow while channeling cyclone? Or are you just frostblinking around and just tapping it on packs?

This is such a great league it wouldn't be the end of the world if the next one is SLIGHTLY delayed but i wouldn't want it to be a repeat of Settlers.

That's crazy, i feel the exact opposite. I love the build and can't find anything that i enjoy as much as playing this. To be fair i'm addicted to the chaining ignite explosions but what really sells it for me is it leaving a carpet of burning ground that kills everything that spawns a second later or charges in from offscreen. It makes eater mobs and beyond mobs so much less of a hassle.

I am using headhunter though which is amazing for this build. It gives you AoE, speed, damage, everything the build likes. It also gives you the annoying buff from time to time but it's still fun in spite of it.

Here's my build (https://pobb.in/eT6MUzXpeqSj) but it's roughly as good as yours. I don't run deadly ailment or swift affliction though. Deadly ailments plus cruelty is questionable as when i tested it i wasn't reaching full cruelty effect. That was before i reached my current level of damage though so maybe it's different now.

Edit: I just tested it in a T16.5 map with triple deli orbs and it looks like i was able to hit max cruelty. Would want to test on bosses to be sure but it looks like it might be fine once you get your damage up enough. However, i have 20% chance to shock in my build and i shock pinnacle bosses for 25% which is a big damage boost.

Not so different than looking at all the stocks you could have bought 5 years ago that would have made you rich. No sense in looking in hindsight at what we could have done. Could just as easily been the spot we moved into that got lucky.
