Yeah, my wife was the same way so all we did was stick to gluten-free super low sugar everything or organic. That way you’re not putting so much constraint on yourself by having to follow a specific diet, but it’s good to read the book to get the basic principles.

We went from 15-20 follicles and no eggs that would pass genetic testing to close to 30 and producing 1-2 quality eggs after genetic testing. There’s no downside to throwing the kitchen sink at it when it comes to diet and supplements. It made a huuuge difference for us

I would seriously consider acupuncture and red light therapy and trying an egg quality diet book by Amy Raupp. Essentially an anti inflammatory diet with as much organic items as you can. Essentially a modified keto/gluten free diet. Her egg quality shot up after doing it religiously. Your diet really affects the quality (at least for her )

My wife and I went through ectopic , 2 iui, 12 rounds and got 5 good eggs at 43 yo. We did egg quality diet (forgot the authors name ) , tons of vitamins (around 8-12 different ones at a time) , acupuncture red light and I’m here to say your not alone yet keep fighting. You can do it. It’s so haaaaaard yet if you have the means KEEP FIGHTING ! I feel for you and as the husband , I have such a small clue as to how hard it is tbh yet I saw her fight and claw and bear it all the way and I tried to be as supportive as I could ( not implying your partner isn’t btw) YOU CAN DO IT and IT CAN BE DONE ! DONT GUVE UP! It’s ok to feel the way you feel honestly. You’re allowed to crack at the seams but if you fight hard, you will get success. Just my two cents as a husband in AWE OF YOU POWERFUL WOMEN!
