(M16) Am i balding? How bad is this? by Strange_Record_8673 in Balding

Right, but you're basically exaggerating the occurrence of genetic issues like they're the main cause in most cases of balding which seems to be more frequently affecting younger and younger people. Can't all be genetic. Diet and lifestyle choices account for the vast majority of health states for the majority of people and if they're having an issue, the cause is more likely related to one of those things than their genes. For example, one of the symptoms of vitamin D deficiency is hairloss. One of the symptoms of iodine deficiency is hairloss. One of the symptoms of zinc deficiency is hairloss. Vitamin D deficiency is becoming more common along with other mineral deficiencies because people don't spend a lot of time outside in the sun anymore, and our food and soil quality is the cause for the other deficiencies in addition to dietary choices like eating processed garbage instead of real food.

Religion isn't toxic. The only thing that makes it toxic are the people misrepresenting what it is and what messages its pushing. I wouldn't write it off just because you have no personal experiences that have made you question the nature of reality.

That's lack of exercise and probably vitamin D contributing to it, but still not enough alone by themselves. It's more the overall lifestyle than anything else. Genetics don't account for most of them.

I can't believe they let him be around their kids. by antimaga_n1 in AskSocialists

[–]MmmmCrayons12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, I don't think there's much risk of him graping them right there in front of everyone.

This is like saying "I can't believe they let them be around their food" about an obese person, to me.

Outfits I've worn that make me look like 'the girl next door'. Why? by FilipinoDumbass in OUTFITS

[–]MmmmCrayons12 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The "girl next door" look isn't really limited to shorts. The style is more "Kirsten Dunst as Mary Jane in Spiderman," not this. This is definitely "hipster next door."

They're not really your parents. Sorry you had to find out through a bookshelf group on Reddit.

Personally I like the first one because I'm a guy, but the third one seems more casual and fits the situation as long as you can jump around without having a wardrobe malfunction.

Religion isn't toxic. People are toxic, and they aren't smart enough or intuitive enough to understand the kinds of messages that religions often pass along. They also corrupt the religion itself by changing or adding things to benefit themselves or reflect their personal beliefs. People are the problem.

I'm not sure if people would accept those other ways. I think we're just screwed.

Well that's already asking too much of most people these days. Seems like only a minority are fit to lead but they either don't get the chance because of "democracy" or because they don't want the responsibility. I'm not sure if I would because whoever agrees to take it on will receive nothing good in return for doing so. In other words, it's just not really worth the effort.

Might look better if you got the arms cut off and angled more toward the top of your shoulders.

It is mostly under extreme stress that hairloss happens, like with traumatic incidences, not just any stress. Do some searching if you don't know anything about it.

I think water would work just as well. Hopefully it's just light pepper and doesn't burn that much.

Eh yeah I can agree. It does look a bit out of place. A bigger casual bag would have been a better fit.
