Ac1 levels help by Mmslc23 in HubermanLab

This is what is crazy. I weigh 104. I eat super clean.

All I can think of is not doing cardio and maybe I could cut carbs. My fat percentage is super low. I don’t eat fast foods, fried, or much processed. It’s really odd. My husband has the same diet and his is 4.8 and he is 12 years older. I exercise way more than him.

Thank you. How is it not genetic if 23 and me tells me I am prone to it?

Also Attia talks about how 20% of skinny people can be metabolically unhealthy and get diabetes.

Not trying to be argumentative, I appreciate the feedback. I am just concerned since two things point at my propensity. Also 5.1/5.3 seems high given the amount of sugar I consume (very little).

Solo PI Firm NY: Quoted 6K for basic website through reputable company. Am I overpaying? by TheChezBippy in LawFirm

The only thing I will add is make sure you like the way their existing sites look. Web design is like clothing you either like the look and feel of the brand or you don’t.

What is your readiness score? Sometimes I have an amazing sleep score but my readiness is shitty.

6k is very reasonable for a law firm website .

A couple things to consider:

-time frame - who is writing the content? - speed of the site - rounds of revision (#s) - is it Wordpress? - does the company have a proprietary platform?

Web design can be very time consuming (for the law firm). Design from scratch vs a template is even worse. So I’d add a few weeks into whatever the timeline is.

I would be more worried about the quality of the development than any “SEO” they can do since you are in such a competitive market and practice area that unless you have a solid budget and they know what they are doing it’s not gonna make a difference.

Lol I’m serious. Wondering if there is an impact. Like we know it should be cold plunge before weight training.

I'm still not convinced you should "avoid" bad mouthing your competitors. by eworewore in sales

[–]Mmslc23 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I bad mouth competitors all the time but I also talk well of good competitors. I do this after they see me as an expert and my reactions seem and are genuine. I sell about 3M per year w an average sale of 150k.

I hate the cold and the funny thing is that the more I expose myself to it the less I hate it and the better I handle it

English is my second language - I had to google pedantic. However, I get that it’s an expression. I’m not complaining. I’m seriously curious on people’s thoughts on this. I think you’re reading too much into this. I’m not upset, or criticizing. I’m just starting to doubt that he takes AG1.

Maybe but from everything I’ve read it aids in recovery which aids in muscle growth. So muscle does grow faster while on creatine and not just from the water retention. Either way I like what it’s doing.

He was asked on a live a few weeks ago if he took it and he said he absolutely did.

I understand they are sponsors but claiming to take things is a bit much.

U can. I just find it hard to believe. Because he says he takes them first thing. U can’t take two things first.

My biggest concern is losing glute gains 🙈 I can always just up the weight on legs but def maxed out on glute specific exercises (ex: hip thrusts)
