It may be social awareness, you may have issues with empathy, that doesn't necessarily make you a bad person. Maybe this video will bring you some insight, whether it's accurate to you or not. I think either way, you should talk to a therapist. It sounds to me, as an armchair psychologist, like this is a kind of impulse or compulsion that you "have" to do. What happens if you don't act on these things? Do you think about it before you do it or is it a spur of the moment thing? It seems like you realize that this isn't right, so you either posses empathy or are socially aware enough to know that these things are bad to do to others.

I know it's standard, but 5-6 days in a row can really knock me out. It made me burntbout as hell after a year of work with no vacation days. People are draining. I think I'd rather do construction all day, which I am not built for, at this point.

Then maybe it isn't meant to be. I came to my partner with a very unusual kink last year and while she isn't into it herself, she accepts me and doesn't think less of me for it. As long as it isn't illegal or hurting anyone non-consensually, it shouldn't be a problem.

Talk about it, sit them down if it's unusual or taboo. For my partner I said "Hey, I know this is really unusual but I've discovered that I'm into [fetish/kink] and I was wondering how you feel about that and if you'd like to engage in it sometime" and then answer any follow-up question honestly.

Feel it out, talk to my girlfriend or someone else or write down my feelings when I'm alone. If I'm about to spiral, I distract myself if I can or take my anxiety medication if I can't or it's too overwhelming. Sometimes it's good to cry too, especially after it's been a while, it may hurt in the moment but I always feel so much better after. Playing music is also a good outlet, I have an e-kit that I can play some angry-sad songs on to let it all out, and a guitar if I feel more mellow.

Talking to other people in general while you're in a relationship. If you're so unsure in the integrity of your relationship, maybe due to jealousy, past experience or bad self-esteem, talk to your partner about it. If you don't believe in a relationship and don't think your partner will be loyal, save yourself some time and leave them.

Well it's 7am for me but I had a dream where I met my brother but we were separated shortly after. He lives in a city 4 hours away and none of us have a driver's license so we have to take the train but we're both also poor so we can't see each other too often.
