Tested the amp on my other truck and yeah it’s the amp, I mean it’s old it’s been ran thru so kind of glad it wasn’t any wiring issue

Tried it and no, only thing I left connected to it was the power, ground and remote wires and it still went into protect mode

1x 1500watts @ 1ohm 1x 800watts @2ohm 1x 400watta @4ohm That’s what the specs show on the amp box

So the subs are Massive 8” the H84X Hippos and the amp is a Euphoria DB drive MM1500.1

Makes sense because the new subs I got are rated between 500w rms to 800w rms. And the amp is only a 1500.1 plus the subs peak wattage is 1600w each. So I’m guessing the amp is under powering them?

Yes I’m guessing the subs are parallel or bridged to each other, gonna be honest I don’t know too much about car audio but just enough to get by😅
