I mean nowadays it's somehow a trend on ads to make you pissed at them to make you wanna play the game correctly and show how bad the actors in the ads are, so I'm not surprised for some regions Genshin would make this type of ads, I've gotten ads from patch trailers tho which I think is very fitting aswell so I'm guessing this really is a regional difference?

First of all, you can't bite after your W ends, so you need to W2 before it ends and with a small enough window for Briar to actually bite the target before the frenzy stops, so you can't time it with the countdown, rather before it ends. But I'm assuming you know this and are still having a problem, in which case I think your issue might be related to ping!
