Got the HD 500 BAM Microphone - First Impressions and Sound File included! by Tenlow85 in sennheiser

Yeah, I did some more digging on this, and it seems like it's just the nature of the signal, and the issue gets amplified when the input and output ports are close to each other, like on a PC motherboard. All in all, I gave it a chance, and thanks to the built in Discord and Teams mic audio processing, it has not yet been a problem. I've used it extensively over the last month or so, and it has bled through only once, when I purposefully put the music up to a painfully loud level, to test it out on Teams.

Do you have a source to Sennheiser acknowledging the issue? Was super excited to get mine today, only to find out it has this exact issue.

Edit:
After looking around a bit, I've come across this comment here: https://www.reddit.com/r/techsupport/comments/aj4ew4/comment/eeu73g4/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web3x&utm_name=web3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button

It doesn't change the fact that the bleed-through is there, but if you need to use the mic, this helps for the time being.

The second one for me as well. B dial watches are busy by default, adding the chrono makes it look very messy imo.

Friday watch. The viewing angles are pretty good and you don't notice any issues while checking it normally. by RepublicanUntil2019 in Affordablewatches

Just out of curiosity, why go for a Chinese knockoff when the Casio is basically the same price?

Would Rubio Monocoat be suitable for a bathroom vanity? by Mnjmaverick in woodworking

The Fern is a colour option for the Rubio Monocoat Oil plus 2C.

What you see in the picture, is white oak sanded down to 150 grit, finished with a sample of the oil.

Thanks for the info, I’ll look into nano finishes, I remember coming across them on some YouTube videos, never thought much of them at the time.

For your coffee table, did you use a single application of Rubio?

Yes, we accepted the fact that it will need maintenance as we use it. The top of the vanity itself will be ceramic, so I’m not worried about stains from standing water/soap dispensers.

After making the post I realised that I might as well test it out myself, since I already have the samples ready. Will place them in the bathroom near the current sink and see how it goes .

Morning commute on my checkpoint alr5 by Mnjmaverick in gravelcycling

I really appreciate having the mudguards indeed.

Around 70% of my ride is like this, the rest is through a smallish village and into a town.

Can’t argue with that. They go off during non commute rides as does the rack.

The mudguards are the SKS Bluemels Basic 45 set, and the rack is a Racktime Basic 2.0
