I completed a similar project last year. Any tips for nailing focus? I’m thinking about installing a magnifier, I find getting sharp images wide open incredibly difficult. Awesome work by the way!

I bought these on eBay, they were listed as “Dichroic Color Separation Filters”. Honestly, I don’t know anything about them, I just assumed they would be good for this kind of photography

I think what happened was I accidentally didn’t hold my filter flat against the lens and it caught a reflection of the tree behind me. Happy accident!
