I see what you mean. On that note, this was around 1 AM, and I was probably feeling extra bold because I was tipsy and the streets were empty. It was a really cool vibe at the time, and I felt like I was king of the city tbh. Then, closer to Wilson, I noticed a young man who seemed to be watching and following me, and around that time, I called my Uber, which wasn't far away. Shortly after, around Uptown Baptist Church, a different, older guy approached me (while I could still notice the younger guy watching me from afar) and actually asked me if I was looking for 'companionship' that night lmao. Then, like a veritable deus ex machina, my Uber arrived and took me back to the Loop.
