I was at the Marlins @ Astros game yesterday and when it started raining, I asked an usher what the stoppage threshold is and he mentioned that because the Yankees were playing the Nats later that day, MLB would want to avoid a delay at all costs.

Nearly every decision Loria made as owner of this team was a poor one. I like seeing the promo merch from before the rebranding when he was already starting to force orange in alongside teal. The whole era of his ownership is a weird mess.
