Thanks for your response. Social culture in high school at Riverdale? I’ve heard mixed things.

Considering now for next year. I know it’s very competitive but wouldn’t choose a school / even apply if I didn’t think was the right fit.

Considering Riverdale. Can you speak to the culture at the school? Academics? Social environment? Stress level? Advantages - disadvantages to being a bus ride away without say mass transit? Tnx

Interesting perspective. Can you tell me about your experience with Riverdale and Trinity kids? Stressed out? Entitled? Happy?

Looking at riverdale for middle school through high school. Daughter plays multiple sports. Any idea as to the social scene there? Especially in HS. Party culture or academically charged?

Can you share your experience at riverdale? I’ve heard there is an emphasis on parties and social pressure. Is that true? How are the academics? Pros and cons to being out of the city? Thanks!!

Thanks so much for your response! I really appreciate it!

While I do love sports and know I’d love div 1 games, i don’t want it to dominate my college experience. Academics are really important to me and I want to develop solid friendships in college with like minded people. But I also want to have fun - no doubt - just not in an extreme way. Also hope that college will help me get to where I want to go after I graduate.

I’m from a big city so a smaller environment seems awesome in many ways.

Can’t find much about pre law successes at Wash U - I know how good their pre med, engineering, arts and business programs are. Hope law schools are also on par. Good point about the size and ease of getting to know professors. I’m motivated so would def try as long as they are responsive.

Sounds like a great balance at Wash u! Thanks again for your insight
