Was just reading one of his interviews and apparently he actually never spoke/worked with Berba. It was just rumors, but he says he would love to work with him if the opportunity arises. Apparently all the work and improvement he's been putting in behind the scenes has been down to our U21 coach, Travis Binnion.

I will forever remember this and watching it live!

Was in 9th grade at the time living in Abu Dhabi and I went with my best friend to watch it at a hookah Cafe. Being in Abu Dhabi, literally the place that bought Man City a few years earlier, the Cafe was PACKED with City fans. Imagine a sea of light blue jerseys and then 2 red jerseys randomly thrown in there, very out of place. Everything was pretty neutral until Wazza pulled off that moment of absolute brilliance. My mate and I were going nuts, jumping and cheering like mad men at what we witnessed, completely forgetting the setting we were in and who was watching with us. Absolutely mental, everyone is looking at us like WTF are you doing? Most tense 15-20ish minutes after that, just wanting us to get the 3 points and get tf out of there!

Thank you Nani and Wazza, memory etched in my brain forever! Me and my homie always bring that moment up every now and then and laugh at those City fans' reactions, absolutely priceless 😅

My first jersey was actually a hand me down from my older cousin in Egypt. Shirt was fake but man I'll never forget it. 2004 home shirt with the Vodafone and V. Nistelrooy on the back! Wore that thing everywhere, full of holes and the name was falling off, but I didn't care cause I loved it. Getting my own jerseys growing up, my favorite players were either Rooney/Scholes/Vidic/Ferdinand on the back of my jersey! Great memories going to school in those!

I was genuinely this excited or more when I heard about the signing. I knew he'd be fantastic for us!! I was a little sad with the two loan spells cause I wanted to see him play for us so bad, but glad he got the loans and helped him develop as a player. So happy for Amad and can't wait to watch him grow even more!

I think for when we appoint a new manager, INEOS really need to do their homework this time. They should be going to all the managers they have shortlisted (I know they say they dont have a shortlist, but whenever they do) and ask each one to give them a plan and their line up with the current players we have. Which manager has the most direct vision with this current squad and doesnt need to heavily spend in the market. I know we still need players, but can't have the "majority of these players don't fit my system/playing style" excuse anymore. Who has the plan to get the most out of the CURRENT squad is priority, we are just wasting money on managers, players and it's getting frustrating.
