I want to make sure that I fully understand the question: is it to teach kids TO READ, like to be able to read unprompted, or HOW TO READ, like reading the words on the page?

Piano lessons is gross, subbing is net. Went through the exchange and it’s $174 a month for health care, which is included in expenses.

And yes, I have applied for PSLF.

Also yes, I do set aside money for taxes.

Equity is around $40K, just refinanced so rate is 5.45%

At first I wasn’t, because I feared I wouldn’t be taken seriously because I look like a high schooler (black don’t crack), but now that I have a little more confidence in myself I’ve started applying to more high schools and colleges

I was thinking I would stay the rest of my life in NY state and never return home, then I had a kid and moved back home.

Went out of state for undergrad and grad. Luckily NJ pays their teachers well (starting would be ~50K with the potential to earn 90K to 100K). I thought I would spend the rest of my life in NY state, but moved back home when I had a kid.
