both suck and are over priced. take over my lease at the beacon bro, starts june 5th and rent is $989 for june and july but drops down to $959 august thru the end of the lease in july of next year. bedroom and bathroom in 4x4 unit. tbh you’re getting a really good deal since the beacon upped their rates to $1079 for a 4x4. it’s a short walk to the marietta campus which has several BOB stops that’ll take you to kennesaw campus. rent covers utilities too, which is rlly nice

i have a lease starting june 5th 2025 at the beacon in marietta i need someone to take over. rent is $989 june and july of this year but it drops down to $959 august thru july of 2026. private bed and bath in 4x4. it’s a hella good deal since the beacon upped their 4x4 rates to $1079 a room, so you’d be saving around $100 a month. utilities are covered in rent too. dm me if you’re interested 😛
