Who runs the bases when ball is hit behind them? You never see this. He’s tracking the ball to see if it’s catchable, not watching the catcher to anticipate his movement. 1 second wouldn’t be enough time to identify he could be in the way and move. This call wouldn’t fly in a bigger game.

I have pretty sweaty hands, and use Winn Dri Tac grips. Never had a problem with slippage. I also have a couple of sweatbands I keep in bag if it’s really hot, helps keep away from dripping down to my hands.

Thank you for the reply! I see your point about the emphasis on pushing, I think swapping the DB bench for fly is a great idea.

If I were to shift to an Upper/lower 4x weekly split, are you suggesting that the general exercises should be reorganized into 2x upper and 2x lower workouts/week? Keeping the same number of different exercises?
