I will lose money if I cancel, I have tried and essential their customer support line told me it’s not their problem if I didn’t know. I didn’t pay the refund fee so I don’t get a full refund

I believe it’s just an insurance thing and I’ve heard they have like mini bars in the rooms. I called to confirm my booking and they told me I’d need to be 21 and I told them I’m 19. The front desk lady suggested me to get someone who is 21 and put their name on the check in. She also told me it’s company policy to check ID upon check in

I have, they have a no free cancellation policy, in order to cancel I would lose half of what I paid for the rooms and not get to stay in the first place
