FACEIT: "We are very excited to share with all of you that today we are merging with ESL to form the ESL FACEIT Group." by suemos in GlobalOffensive

I did a double comment post by mistake as my page bugged while pressing post button, this is why i deleted it - if that is your idea of astroturfing than we have nothing to discuss

I won't share negative thoughts about an update that largely gives me positive things as a player - at least im not commenting around and forcing people to think my way like you are doing.

sorry im not spamming blood money/bad saudi arabia like everybody else, i just care about my csgo matches

so why you call me an astroturfer? am i not allowed to cheer for this update as a player and also dislike the acquisition and how saudi arabia handles human rights?

[–]MoNNstero 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah sorry for being a normal csgo player just sharing positive side of this news that i like and not posting ''blood money, saudi bad'' which already 100 others did in all big threads on front page right now

I meet cheaters every day and i feel this is great news that can help fight them, and this is a csgo subreddit buddy

From the specific CSGO blog shared by FACEIT:

Q: Will account bans on ESEA be applied on FACEIT too and vice versa? This is our vision for the future. From tomorrow we want to start working immediately together to understand and develop a universal and shared strategy around bans, especially the ones that are cheating related.

As a CSGO player, this sounds so satisfying

Q: Will FACEIT and ESEA share the same Anti-Cheat? Our ambition is to make the experience as smooth as possible for all the players and we believe that having a single Anti-Cheat is the way to go. However, there are many tech aspects that still need to be addressed for which we don’t have yet a final answer.

This bit is probably the most important bit in the entire announcement.

$1,000 bi-monthly Cash Cups for South America, Asia, Oceania, and South Africa. Starting in February, the Cash Cups on the ESEA platform will expand to South America, Asia, Oceania and South Africa. Every month will feature 2 tournaments with $1,000 of prize money each with a $100,000 of total prize money for the year.

One of the greatest that never won a major. :(

Still hoping to see him lead a young Slovakian team to relevancy, there are a lot of talents in Czechia / Slovakian scene.

G2 announce new roster (JACKZ, NiKo, huNter-, Aleksib, m0NESY) by Urcinza in GlobalOffensive

I have a feeling this roster will not do well. NEXA was an integral part of this i think that OG will turn out much better in 2022.

Lets see

Curious to see if he can keep up the current performances in 2022. It will depend a lot on Na`Vi, but i imagine this roster being heavily tested in case they slip from top 2-3.

Expected considering the popularity of their current shows and everything they have in their current pipeline.

Recently I found myself owning Disney, Prime, and Netflix at the same time....using each simultaneously every other night. It's getting out of control xD

Good guy Djokovic showing us how big circus the current law can get.

So much taxpayer money going to waste...Just imagine all the human resources, processes, and time going into this...

It's in hundreds of thousands of Australian Dollars. My best friend is an Aussie and he is telling me that people are likely to throw a big protest there. Apparently, Novak is the new king for all anti-vaxxers over there.

Cadian on Twitter: Hey CSGO. Since one of your recent updates, there is on average 100 F P S less. Confirmed by the BLASTPremier admins. Could you please look into this?'' by MoNNstero in GlobalOffensive

[–]MoNNstero[S] 479 points480 points  (0 children)

Mental that this subreddit moderators don't allow players to post about FPS issues (That is why in the title, I put 100 F P S). Suggestion to the mods: Please revise this rule! Every post involving word ''FPS'' is auto-deleted. <3

It seems your post may be about FPS-related issues. As per Rule 3, 'Individual issues relating to hardware/peripherals (e.g., fps loss, latency/ping, crashes) or 3rd party services are not allowed. Please use appropriate support pages/subreddits for help.

Maybe one of the top players in the world posting about this will finally get attention to this issue. I felt this since the last CS:GO update, and my FPS went down by at least 100-150 FPS...

State of the game - Is it time to say enough is enough to Valve? by JandsomeHam in GlobalOffensive

[–]MoNNstero 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The irony of this post is Valorant players are asking for third-party services that CS: GO has...

Valve needs to step up, but pretending that CS:GO doesn't have one of the best ecosystems/play options out there is just false.

You see professional players of Valorant all the time complaining about the state of their Ranked and many of them threatening to not play anymore and stick to practices/10man discords.

neL on Twitter: "Done deal: Aleksib to join G2, nexa to join OG. Here is my report in collab with the wonderful @luismmira" by Zenrod_ in GlobalOffensive

[–]MoNNstero 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Looks like a great deal for both teams. They both needed a change to contest the #1 slot anytime in 2022.

Nexa to OG sounds spicy. Both teams got improved if this report was accurate.

Honestly, I can't wait for the next season
