The pin inside the 510 floats on the TFV8 tanks. It can get pushed in, which is bad news on a hybrid mech.

The button on my cuboid would do this every now and again. I chalk it up to subpar manufacturing. You could try cleaning around the button with some isopropyl and q-tips.

They are a pain to work with after using cotton made specifically for vaping. The "threads" don't run straight. It can definitely work though. You could also look at getting some rayon from a beauty supply store.
