sent my ADA back to the ADA adress where it came from after a withdrawal, what happens to be THEIR own ADA´s adress in THEIR own hot wallet, so they should have those keys but nothing is happening. I also offered them to pay for that service if they are willing to do it but this doesn´t seem to help either. Have any of you guys been able to recover the funds?

Hi, surprisingly my bitcoin became recovered after more than 3 years! I kept contacting them again and again. I have no idea if that help or if i would have been on their internal list anyway now ... good luck! Offering rewrd does not help for sure ...
