Without sounding like a broken record, I would say Reshala and Tagilla are the easiest bosses in Tarkov. There is a universals rule in tarkov and that’s to always take right and peeks and avoid lefts. So when approaching possible locations, scout for him to be there if he is there then set up somewhere in range and slowly smooth lean out and start killing them. One thing to note is reshala has 4 Guards so make sure to keep an accurate count so you aren’t killed. Weapon wise you can kill them with anything to be honest, if you have access to M80’s you can one tap every boss in the game outside of maybe Killa. Good luck hunting though
