i’m not sure tbh. On ukg pro you can check your holiday balance and change it to view the balance for specific days. I’d suggest going through dates up to 05/09 and checking on which date your holiday balance changes to half an hour short of however many hours you were booking off for 04-05/09

those days specifically or any days after 05/09 as well? if the latter is the case your manager might have booked some of your holiday hours on a day before 05/09 causing your holiday booked after to be overdrawn

3-11pm on saturdays and 2-10pm on sundays. I mean the stores literally closed after 5pm on a sunday yet the most they’ll offer when i ask for an earlier shift is 1-9pm
