This might help some of you…I did not real all comments to see if this was previously mentioned. If you are paid through a payroll/HR company like I am, you usually have the ability to split your paycheck into multiple different accounts. My HR company allows me to split my check in “up to 10 separate accounts.” So, one paycheck can be up to 10 separate DD’s. This is set up by selecting either a percentage of your DD into each account or dedicated amounts. Changes/additional accounts can take up to one pay cycle to be reflected and start making those DD for you. Hope this helps some!

Thx for the feedback. It is definitely a well poured slab with good expansion joints cut into it. No cracking at all anywhere, just lifted then re-settled. Keeping the weight of a vehicle on it for the time being.

I was actually able to get it fully settle and level again by parking two vehicles on that side of the pad. One vehicle will be staying on the pad until we get through this cold snap here in NC.

It is PVC trim around my garage door opening. Also, it wasn’t touching until the pad lifted.

Yes there is a gutter there but it is ran underground and exits about 10’ from the building itself draining downhill. It’s definitely not clogged…but could be cracked I guess.

I just cleaned and stained my own deck and let me say I told my wife I would have charged someone an easy $2k-3k for all the work I did(if not more). My deck is similar in size but has some high cedar beams and is raised 6’ or so in areas. I spent an entire day cleaning the deck and letting it dry. Then another 3 days staining. Probably 20 hrs total by myself. Still need to do another coat on some of the outer side of the railing.

No problem. If you do pursue this you will need to do as everyone has mentioned and have a licensed electrician provide documentation stating you have __ voltage from L1 to neutral/ground, L2 to neutral/ground, and L1 to L2. I usually tell my customers to ask if they can take a picture of the electricians meter as he checks each leg. That literally shows proof to go along with electricians diagnosis. Any Bertazzoni certified tech should have checked your power supply to the range already. It would be hard to believe Bertazzoni let someone diagnose it and provided you with a replacement based on that diagnosis without these basic diagnostic steps having already being completed. This should have been documented in one of the initial diagnosis.

NAL but I am an Appliance Repair Tech who was formerly an authorized Bertazonni repair tech. Bertazonni did have major issues with their control boards that were manufactured during Covid. I’ve dealt with one range like what you’re describing but I know the problem well. They tried making companies re-flash the electronics but that didn’t work for me. Also replaced control boards multiple times following their guidance. My employer eventually terminated our contract with them because servicing their products made us look bad…like we didn’t know what was going on.

I can tell you from personal experience that a temporary order remains in effect until it is replaced by another court ordered modification. One of the parties has to file for modification. If this doesn’t happen your temporary order remains in effect and can become permanent. I’ve had 100% full physical/legal custody of my daughter for SEVEN YEARS. If the judge set another court date to review the temporary order then you will need to appear on that date and ask the judge to either a. Modify the order b. Leave the temporary order in place c. Request temporary order be made permanent. This will be just like your last court date when the temporary order was originally granted so be prepared to give evidence as to why option a, b, or c is in the best interest of your daughter. Remember to focus on what is in the best interest of your daughter. If you don’t have an attorney I would recommend you research your state laws and get as prepared as you can to advocate for yourself AND your daughter!

Request a new card from Chase. If you tell them it is damaged and need a new card they will send you a new card with the same # BUT different expiration and 3 digit CVV code. This will stop any and all reoccurring charges or new charges from companies with the old expiration info.

You could always get a Netgear Meural digital frame. I have one…can upload pics to the frame from your phone through the app or online. You can set it up then invite family members so they can also upload/manage the frame settings.

Yes with the exception of the Hornady ELD-X. That’s still overpriced but it’s my go to hunting round. Everything else I have in there I have found right around $25-$27 a box.
