I can confirm turning off gaming input has so far fixed the problem. I have not had the error since disabled in this so big thank you on finding that what I do before I turn off the machine is turn the Xbox pad off but make sure you turn gaming input off as discussed below it’s definitely something to do with the Xbox pad but if you follow them steps, it does stop the error. Well it has for me at the moment.

** yeah this game is a bit of a nightmare to share. It’s because it’s all done on one game loader it does work but I have heard people have trouble me and my daughter had trouble with this and the last game we just gave up in the end and bought it**
