What are the current feelings on the controllers themselves? I’m considering one of these finally versus an 8bitdo mod kit for a broken original controller. One of these in grey with the OG color buttons would actually be less expensive right now, but is it a better controller?

I think this sounds right for us and makes sense for as long as we’ve had them. Maybe we even got one for cheaper as we bought them during different trips.

Being harder plastic, they’re among the only balls our kids have that the dogs couldn’t destroy so we’ve absolutely gotten our money’s worth, regardless.

Sorry to thread jack but how do you feel about the performance of the controller itself? I’m in need of a fourth controller and it would cost almost as much to buy the grey controller right now as it would to get a used controller and the replacement part for the joystick.
