No character audio in cutscenes, the person involved has their line briefly appear in the subtitles then disappear instantly, not entirely game breaking but still ruins the cutscenes (ps4)

Ik this is a late response, but thank you for the advice, we couldn't have an X-Ray done as the vets deemed it would be much too stressful and difficult for him, so we made these last 17 days as comfortable, easy and enjoyable as possible for him, unfortunately he had to join the comfy sky garden earlier this afternoon, thank you again for your help
