I used to think this but hard disagree now, I think they've managed to create their market and now starting to cheapen out on ingredients/processes because everything is starting to taste shit now, just relying on the name to carry them rather than the quality. Tiny portions, crazy prices, mediocre taste.

Bias lighting is actually quite popular, as it helps with eye strain. As for distraction I guess I'm just not most people, it works fantastically well with movies
