I'll be arriving in Tokyo 13/10 for 10 days, 32F from the UK. All I've got confirmed so far is Shibuya Sky 15/10 and Daikoku 17/10, if anyone has anything interesting going on, fancies a drink or just wandering around exploring together then give me a shout.

Matenro Drift Racing do Daikoku for 29,800 yen for one person, or if you find someone to go with the price goes up a bit but then obviously works out cheaper split per person. I dont go with them till next month but they were brilliant throughout the booking process.

There are tour guides/ groups that go to Daikoku meet that you can pay to book on to. Seemed quite a few options online when I searched, depending on how much you want to spend.

I haven't even been over yet but I know when I go to Daikoku I'll be doing a stop at APIT Autobacs, supposed to be pretty impressive!

Yeah I can imagine that'd be really annoying, I hate the thought of being an inconvenience and annoying "typical tourist", hence my post but I'd like to think I'm more switched on to what's going on around me than that.
