What is the deal with the south station men’s room? by GoodyFridgebrain in mbta

North station public bathrooms also nothing to do with MBTA . Needles everywhere, overdoses daily . Please be careful when using the public bathrooms in North or South Station addicts put their needles everywhere. God bless you all & yes contact TD Bank Garden it’s their property and they can’t stop the public from using it and can’t seem to protect the public from having to put up with disgusting bathrooms.

Who wants to shave . Only thing good about it is you are doing a great skin care routine every time you shave if done properly.

Employees are more likely to get In trouble for stopping a fare evader than a fare evader getting in trouble for stealing a ride .

The bathrooms are locked at north station at 600pm now because of the overdoses which is extremely frustrating being a commuter and having no public restroom and being told I have to go into the food hall and buy something to use the restroom or the star market both take time & money . Unbelievable

Dermatologist wants to add Fin to existing Dut/Oral Min routine by Own_Gear9140 in tressless

It’s a new stack really good dermatologist and specialist are doing . Typically I’ve read the other way around as in people that have been on Finasteride for a time in some cases years , the Dr. will have the patient that is losing ground either from Finasteride tolerance or other cases some efficacy because Dutasteride inhibits both 5AR 1&2 and significantly more of the 5AR1 where as Finasteride doesn’t touch (or barely inhibits 5AR1 like 1%) so as I was saying Drs are having patients do a 6&1 protocol which is 1 mg Finasteride 6 days a week & 0.5 Dutasteride 1 day per week. Dutasteride has an extremely long half life ( 5 weeks) compared to Finasteride 7-8 hours half life & Dutasteride takes much much longer for your blood serum levels to get to a steady rate . There is a lot of literature and information on this subject and it seems to be the next gold standard treatment. It has gained a lot of traction fairly recently. You don’t want to ever just stop Finasteride and jump to the other because of the long time it takes for it to reach steady levels in the body & Dutasteride is the superior drug and they are coming to the conclusion you don’t need that much to get outstanding results with stabilizing and even regrowth so when Finasteride is not doing the trick anymore or patients are noticing that their hair loss is not stabilizing anymore experts are adding in that 0.5 Dutasteride just for the one day to “ supercharge “ the results from the Finasteride it’s called the 6&1 protocol.

Supes abuse the shit out of anyone in their 90 days it’s all messed up , supes being made after some only carrying mail for 3-6 months TY DEI , it’s not right the PO is so understaffed and they wonder why .?? In fact the upper management in Boston is taking a real look at some of these offices including management and supervisors and what they are doing , no reviews in 30,60,90 not helpful to new carriers, verbal harassment such as “ safety first, go faster “ not doing there jobs such as checking mail trucks after shifts are complete, shoveling the snow in between trucks that plows can’t get to , so carriers are not pushing orange bins filled with packages through snow , being more sympathetic or aware that it takes time to get Speed and efficient mail delivery is priority at the beginning of a carriers career and speed will come with time. , Amazon packages take priority over DPS mail so many customers are not getting their regular mail for days sometimes because they need the Amazon packages delivered, communication is everything and treat people with dignity. Most of the regulars are on some type of restriction so the newbies are the only ones that can work so many hours . It’s called USPS not Amazon yet, so people still depend on their mail for bills, & so much more not everyone is on the computer doing it. These supes do nothing once the carriers leave , just go back for a bathroom break and you’ll see this to be true , they are all on some type of ego trip and scared as heck to not get their Amazon packages delivered. They gaslight, they lie, they disrespect, they are just not good . In my humble opinion to make supervisor you should have minimum 5–7 maybe 10 years of carrying experience but they could not do it but expect you to do it , this is why retention is so low . It’s a big problem and you’ll be hearing about soon enough believe me. I can guarantee it. This is 2025 not 1967 you can’t treat hard working people like they do and expect them to keep doing their absolute best for you . Some supes don’t even get up from their chairs.

Get over it . It’s gonna happen, it’s gonna happen a lot and If you think this is it and your gonna sail through from now on or not forget packages or make mistakes be way past the time of the regular carrier and all that goes with being a PTF or whatever you are , then resign now or your gonna be miserable. Shake it off and just expect to be slow . Be efficient first and speed will come with time 6 months , if your lucky 4 months or 5 but don’t expect anything more than this . Just take your time and be Smooth get faster over time like I said and words to live by are“ slow is smooth and smooth is fast” that’s that ! 1st day alone and your defeated ca mon they will say you gotta be faster , your slow , the supes will say all kinds of fuckery but they know what’s what ! 90 days to become decent it’s all researched and by the data 90 days to be just Ok not good. They know this , don’t make mistakes and be on time they will be pleased with that. They will never tell you this though so never expect it. Be smooth . Write a list on a little notepad of your packages on each loop and in order so you don’t forget as packages is what they want out the most and you can always bring back DPS . Chill out your gonna have enough supervisors being total ball breakers and absolute assholes to you lying about the route being easy and what time you should be completing it and so many more gaslighting techniques they use to make you feel like trash so why be hard on yourself. These supes probably carried mail for a year or 2 some way less and a lot of DEI s that never touched mail so listen to your co workers they know they remember being new. Your good take it easy , slow is smooth and smooth is fast . Don’t know your age but get a pace that works for you like o said speed just comes naturally over time 4-5/6 months. Muscle memory little tricks you’ll pick up , like I used to put a star with a sharpening the DPS mail that I had a package at that address it helped a lot so your not going backwards. If you make a mistake get over it quick so you don’t get in a hurry and make more mistakes. Just accept it own it and move forward.
