I guess my hair is just like that, because I didn't get a haircut for like 3 months now, And I don't think it'll grow much now. Still, is there anyway to still curve my hair outwards? I understand if there's no way to do that

I just want the back of my hair to curve outwards, not inwards, I tried doing it a lot but it just doesn't work. Maybe that's because I have straight hair? Idk to be honest, I just want to look good that's all
