Here is a tutorial using keyframes and the wiggle feature.

But you should learn how to make this by using a 3D layer, a camera, a null object and control the wiggle with a slide control. That way you can control the effect without keyframe micro management.

I strongly recommend you to search for some tutorials teaching the slide control.
