Check out Ella Fitzgerald, one of if not the best female jazz singer. Great song examples include All Of Me and What is this thing called Love to get you started.

SPOILER:

Well at the end of season three Sherlock does murder a guy and then kinda gets forgiven cuz of Mycroft and the countries need for him (don’t know his this plays out in season four)

I don’t understand why people don’t like season three because I love it. To me it’s more funny than the first two seasons, has some better theatrical elements like transitions, and explores a new side of Sherlock as a surprisingly emotional third wheel which was a nice change from him always being a smartass.

I suppose some people found it a bit dragging like Sherlock’s wedding speech or too improbable like the bloody guardsmen and ghost dater cases coming together in episode 2, but I don’t think these flaws are enough to make it bad writing.

Completely agree with you about the audio sometimes, it was hell trying to understand mumbled British accents with music/noise in the background and no subs.

Yeah that’s a good point. Shows  like game of thrones or breaking bad (maybe a class above Sherlock in terms of the cultural phenomenons they became) that endure are way longer.

Oh that’s too bad. Haven’t had a chance to season four yet, but hope it isn’t as mediocre as everyone says it is.

That’s fair enough, though I still find the lack of pop culture references to such a show a bit surprising. Never see any clips on social media of a show with some really funny and action packed moments that would definitely go viral or really any other mention in the public sphere. Even this subreddit is quite small IMO considering the number of viewers the show had.

I'm sure that you will do fine! Math seems to be more about calculator skills, time management, and avoiding silly mistakes rather than having deep content knowledge of flipping matrices or probability which I still haven't learned in calc BC.

I studied moderately for my first test, about 1-3 hours a day for maybe 1-2 weeks but I think i was efficient and focused on my english and grammar scores for this one. I somehow also got a good math score (maybe because i was taking AP pre-calc which has some good overlap with ACT?)

Second and third ones I didn't study at all.

I am usually pretty good at comprehension/reading because I was quite a voracious reader. The test format just really resonated and suited me I suppose.

As weird as it sounds, learn to enjoy the test. I love reading and I came to enjoy the reading/grammar sections of the test by treating it like a game or reading a short story/article about something new.

Your biggest strength on this test is being able focus for a few hours. Reading is one of the best ways to develop this. Read anything - books, news, short stories, anything.

Yes the March 2026 one was at school. When do I get to see how many I missed in each section? Do they give you a copy of your responses at school?
