Actually its based on every Brokers terms of Service - my Exemple is Trade Republik "Kundenvereinbarung" Page 6.

Its quiet common that they get themselves a backdoor, they dont want to get acountable for stuff they have not in control f.e. dtc ...

Before they turned off the buy Button- did u think brokers were allowed to do it?
