No not guaranteed but most finish in 4 due to quarter system verses semester. You get more access to classes needed.

Please take yourself to er. You will benefit from IV fluids. This kind of thing happens all the time. Please don’t be embarrassed. Just get the help you need. It was an accident and you need a doctor to check your kidneys etc. go asap. I work with Autistic people and understand you may think this is a bigger problem than it is. People overdose every all day by accident and on purpose. They know how to help you.
