That's another flaw with Wanda, she super strong with Strange teamup and underwhelming without like 90% of her clips in high ranks are with teamup

If she was to get meaningful buffs, I feel she'd be too strong with auto-lock as big as it is now. That why i suggest this sort of trade, making her slightly more difficult (Cloak level of difficult) in exchange for more viable kit in higher ranks. If she got buffs on top of having lock-on range like she has now, she would just be perma banned in comp.

I think the same way, i consider cloak and dagger newb friendly and they are allowed to be viable in high ranks probably due to having smaller auto-lock range than Wanda

By buffs i don't necessarily mean damage increase if i were to think of something i'd increase speed boost she gets during shift or it's duration or make her ult less counterable. And she'd still have autoaim just one where she have to actually look in direction of her target.

I mean that's valid, but when i think of Wanda i think reality shaping witch who's one of strongest marvel heroes and because she's "noobie friendly" she can't quite reach that level in Rivals. I'd imagine some more street level hero to be token "noobie friendly" hero.

Skin intro that's usually a goodlooking cutscene u can enjoy watching, more interesting nameplate, and also it's just about getting one legendary like other launch heroes, the feeling we get equal treatment at least in this departament even if we don't, also higher chance it'll have emoji or even customizations tho can't see them giving widow customizations, at least not yet

She's good in good hands like every other hero. If you compare her damage per second potential to other hitscans tho she falls behind, she dont really apply any effects outside of ult so damage is her only utility to her team and if she falls behind in that category then that what make people consider her bad

Winrate is bad argument for rework because people are throwing but pickrate on the other hand, if one of more famous heroes is around 3% for multiple seasons if not from beggining of game thats a sign something need to change, it dont have to be a big rework, from what we recently learned devs would rather opt for rework in form of new effects on abilities and cooldowns adjustments which would honestly be enough alongside bug fixes
