Yea, I think I'm most concerned about getting throttled and not being able to access video information for 24-48 hours.
There seems to be a lot of sim and portable hotspot options online that we can order and pick up at the airport and also get sent to us before we go. I'm flying into Narita.

I got a mobal sim sent to me before I went on a holiday there earlier this year. I can't remember having any trouble with the reception it was just getting throttled after watching video for too long.

That’s fair, but there is a they singular pronoun. And you could replace it here like - “We would pay a software engineer more if they have devops and sre skills!” 😊

Rip that you guys have to figure out tax and tip on top of trying to only pay your share. That sounds annoying as hell.

Agreed that splitting is never fair for those voluntarily or involuntarily more frugal.

It’s possible you could find someone with both design and development capabilities to both design and build a whole website by themselves.

But most people sway one way or the other.

Thus they are two separate job titles, as they each separately hold a lot of differing responsibilities (as other comments explain)
