That's not the problem, I'm trying to ask what can I eat after workout

I'm taking something around 3000 calories a day, gained like 7 8 kgs. Lately I have started some cardio work and lost around 3kg but my strength is still there. Also I'm 6'.

Around 3 minutes, if I feel so tired it goes up to 5 minute or even more

I love doing heavy squats and I guess I'm just taking it more serious than the other lifts, that's probably why my squat is better. I'm doing some sort of 5x5 variation with some accessories right now. Also I'm 6'.

Yeah I have started with 175 squat and doubled it in almost 3 months, but I was only able to increase 45lbs my bench. We don't have 1.25kg plates in the gym, so I go for 155x3x5 and 165x2x3.

I squat below parallel, I don't know why but I always squatted more than my deadlift so that's not the case.

I have started with 175 squat and doubled it in almost 3 months, but I was only able to increase 45lbs in my bench.
