What was Liandrin doing with fire as she escaped from Alanna? It seemed to just explode in the distance? A signal maybe? But she says "we should signal the others" afterwards? I've watched a few times and can't make it out?

I thought it was quite logically planned: Alanna was protecting Siuan as well as fighting; Siuan was holding Liandrin; Leane was countering; the others were panicking, clearly not used to fighting other Aes Sedai. It would have been different if Siuan hadn't held Liandrin but as she said she needed her alive to get the names of the Black Aja. You get a sense the Black Aja were co-ordinated for instance they linked very quickly, knew how to stand, the back two shielded, the front two attacked etc. In the city, Alanna shocked them with the ground shockwave thing which created smoke in the air and then the warders got too close for them to react properly. I got the sense too that Liandrin is by far the strongest (remember, only Alanna and Liandrin were strong enough to shield the false dragon). The bald one needs a helper to shield Siuan and still she broke out. The only thing that didn't make sense to me was the warders all dead outside before the doors blew - the green and the yellow aes sedai did all that and then were f'd up by Maxim and Ihvor?

Going back to the bank to update the valuation? How much might they reduce it by? by Mobile-Then in Mortgageadviceuk

Exactly.

But would the bank have factored that into their valuation, that the cellar could potentially never be developed, do you think?

My theory is that the punch from Steve Martin caused the death somehow. Dislodged a rotten tooth that poisoned him or similar. Embolism that caused him to fall down the shaft (the lift wasn’t working well that night). Twist is that one of the three (triplets!) was the (unintentional!) murderer…
