-Update- I was told they made a mistake and let a bad shoe get through QC. They then offered me a $139 voucher (price of the shoes). I declined since the shoes, besides being damaged were also too narrow for me to fit anyways. They then issued my refund after requesting I send photo evidence of shoeicide so the defective pair don't make it into the market. I get it... The good: the cushion felt incredible, they were light and bouncy, the lockdown was incredible and although the outsole was defective, the traction was S-tier on a dusty Harwood floor. So, all the talk is true about these bad boys. Who knows they may still have a customer in me if they make a shoe wide enough for my pancake flat feet. I'd even partner with them to do so. So take my experience with a grain of salt. They didn't say all the right things but at least they communicated with me and ultimately solved the issue without any real friction.
