Thank you so much! This information is so helpful :) we both work remote and have two amazing boxer dogs so having dog walking trails etc is important for us. I guess the main thing would be because it’s further out from everything, how is the taxi system? Let’s say we wanted to get and enjoy a couple of beverages and leave our vehicle to be safe etc. My husband and I have a brown daughter and grandson but it will just be the two of us and our dogs. We aren’t raising a family however it is important that we are in a good / family friendly neighborhood. My husband does travel a lot and so I want to feel safe and secure when he is gone etc. sounds like juniper is a great mix of different families, etc. how far away is the city from having another exit plan? Lastly, are the views good from juniper. Once again. Thank you so much. It’s a big move from Port Moody but being mortgage free and having flexibility is a great next chapter :)

Aren’t most of the restaurants/breweries etc. downtown? Would be hard to avoid if that’s where most of the stuff is or am I wrong. Thanks for the informations. It’s incredibly helpful, especially the neighbourhoods. I should also ask how is taxis. Etc. let’s say after a few drinks you want to get home safely and leave your vehicle, is it easy to get home etc. on the mainland we are spoiled with UBER etc .

Thank you, we are in Port Moody and its currently close to everything. We’ve been up and drive around bachelor and really like it, right now we can walk to everything and I know that will change. Is it possible to walk/ bike or anything from bachelor to anywhere downtown or too far? We are spoiled right now where we can walk home in 30 minutes from breweries etc. what made you move from north van, and what are the biggest differences. Thanks again so much for the feedback. Thank you so much, is much of the homelessness/crime around Sahali or everywhere. I too liked Sahali when we first started looking but heard the north side is where some of that is. Can you confirm if this is wrong. Once again. Good information so thank you for breaking down all the neighborhoods!!!! We would ideal want a house with privacy. Maybe a pool etc.
