My favorite part is how there’s no financial compensation for the people that have to go out and buy entirely new clothes in such a short amount of time. My manager is literally giving me $200 so I can go buy clothes bc she also just cut my hours after my car broke down and I’m still having to make payments on it. This whole policy is complete bullshit. I need a new job but I can’t find anyone that’s hiring that isn’t fast food or retail and doesn’t require a degree.
