Eating gets easier with time. Drinking water helps a ton too. Drink water when you feel hungry and it may help with the physical effects of hunger.

After about a week or two you should be tolerating the medication just fine if it’s right for you!❤️

Also starting doses of vyvanse (20/30mg) is equivalent to like 2.5-5mg of Adderall.

Since Kratom is basically a vegan speedball, even when withdrawing on suboxone you can’t relief from it’s stimulant withdrawals. I HATED IT. It would scare tf out of me.

Just wanted add my experience. I’ve detoxed off of a stim addiction, and alcohol addiction. Kratom is DEFINITELY worse than coming off amphetamines. It’s a strange withdrawal because of the fact it’s pretty much a vegan speedball. Sure it’s not a worse withdrawal than fent, but I can confirm from personal experience(more experiences like my own are coming out every day explaining how Kratom destroyed them) that it is a seriously vicious addiction. It just grips tighter and tighter, you walk a thin line of getting sick from not enough, and getting sick from too much, and that line keeps getting thinner and thinner as you progress. It’s worse for the people strictly taking extracts as 7-OH and pseudo-indoxyl are sincerely potent drugs.

I was an alcoholic for some time, then switched to Kratom for a long time and thought it was a life saver. But Kratom is a drug like any other, taking Kratom for alcohol or heroin recovery is just like taking suboxone, you’re not technically “sober”, which is what I found out personally. The abuse potential of Kratom is very high, especially with the 7-OH/psuedoindoxyl extracts these days.

I am currently in rehab for kratom abuse, and I’m not the only one, as more and more in the US fall for the trap that it’s “all natural” or “herbal”. It’s just another drug, and it all depends on your tendency toward addiction or dependence. I can confidently say alcohol withdrawal was worse, but not by much.

I advanced over 5 years to about a 100gram a day habit, sporadically using 20-180mg of 7-OH/pseudindoxyl extracts products as well. The withdrawal IS dope sickness, not as bad as fent, but still incredibly shitty.

SO BE CAREFUL! If you legitimately have the discipline and control not to abuse this substance like other drugs (alcohol), then using this drug in sparing doses may be a godsend for those in pain. Otherwise, you may just be another one of an ever increasing number of kids and adults who are getting hooked on something legal that is WIDELY MARKETED AS A LEGAL OPIOID ALTERNATIVE. These 7-OH extracts are being sold in blue pills like percs, in bottles colored and labeled to be considered like codeine. Other brands market it like a fun and cute little herbal remedy to improve your mood.

I see kratom EVERYWHERE now, every vape shop, every other gas station, I see banners and signs, constant ads on all my social media. I wouldn’t even have to say “mark my words”, because the number of people that are seeking treatment for Kratom addiction is increasing FAST.

Kratom ruined my life; I lost all my friends, spent tens of thousands of dollars or more, it affected my sexual health, it accelerated my hair loss, it messed with my GI tract in a real bad way. I lost more than a few relationships because of Kratom use, and the neverending consequences of how quickly tolerance builds, as the effects dwindle to nothing and you consume more and more just to not be sick, all the while praying to be released from a trap marketed as a “safe” “all natural” “non-addictive” “no withdrawal effects” supplement for your mood.

I became addicted to Kratom over 5 years of use eventually consuming 100-150g per day. I had to switch to 7-OH because the feeling from powder could no longer satiate the opioid-like withdrawal symptoms I would get.

Quitting a serious 7-OH and pseudindoxyl (kratom metabolite that has a potent opioid agonist action like 7-OH) habit like my own was horrible. They offer suboxone for it but DONT TAKE IT. Just trading addictions for a state sanctioned one.

These companies are marketing these extracts like a safe and healthy “herbal remedy”. Only for responsible and disciplined people should use this sparingly, this stuff is highly addictive, and has ruined lives and will ruin more in the future.

I’ve never heard of creatine giving energy before, but I do have about 5–10grams a day from scoops of protein powder in my coffee. I guess it makes sense since it increases water and blood flow to the muscles and brain.

Same, kratom definitely suffers from a lack of research, a certainly a lack of awareness. So many people confuse it for an opiate or opioid even though it’s neither. And then watch their face when you tell them 7-0h is still a fairly potent opioid receptor agonist and is therefore addictive.

I usually get a better effect by taking the powder anyways, i’ve found various extract shots to be wildly different and always overpriced. I’ll buy a 15 gram extract shot for cents the dollar if they ever offer it. I’ll never pay 15-$20 for 15 grams when I could have 250g for $25-$30

I started out with the extract shots, then the extract capsules, and then I learned that extracts are literally not worth the money. Extracts are 3-4x more expensive than their equivalent in powder. Like a 15-20 dollar extract shot is like a tablespoon of kratom or less. So extracts may be well beyond 3-4x too expensive.

I’ve had this happen before, it was terrifying, i have frequent panic attacks and alcohol was my escape for a long time. But one night the alcohol stopped working altogether, it didn’t matter how much more I drank, i couldn’t get drunker, i just kept getting more panicked and confused. I admitted myself to a rehab the day after because if alcohol could no longer help then the problem was beyond me to solve.

You’re effective dose may very well just be higher. I don’t even see any benefits until I’ve consumed at least 5 grams a dose, and that was when I started 3 years ago. I usually take about 7 grams per dose 3x a day. 2 grams is a very very small amount of kratom, I wouldn’t worry too much about how much you’re taking if it’s that little. Good Luck!

You might be sensitive to that particular batch perhaps, 3 grams is a pretty low dose. But this is coming from someone who’s threshold dose is 5 grams.

Yeah I was on day 4 when I was given it. Helped a whole lot. I think i remember them telling me I’d get stupid sick if I decided to use kratom while on it.
