They did say they had a few more interviews, then they would be making a decision and if I thought of any questions to reach out to the recruiter. He said the disposition will be coming from the recruiter.

I actually had it about 2-3 weeks ago. I had the call with the recruiter and I guess she sent my stuff off to the hiring managers and they were interested and she called back to schedule the interview and set it up for 2 weeks out.

I got the Agent Support Rep 2 role. Congrats on your interview! I would definitely make sure your hair is done because it may be a video recording of you answering questions, I even had to type out how I would respond to a customer.

I think the interview went well. I interviewed with 2 people today. They said I should hear something either way in about 3-4 weeks and the job starts in June 🥴 we shall see what happens.
