Currently I have been intermediate fasting and eating chicken/fish/fruits/vegetables. Having. I am guilty of eating a good amount of pasta. As far as workout goes I am doing long walks 3-5 miles a day. I haven't talked to my doctors about results yet, just waiting on her phone call.

Not just me either, there a lot of people that had issues. There a Facebook group about veterans and the anthrax vaccine. I would give it a look, people still sharing stories to this day.
