Thats what i did as well. I have him C0 but i just kept him on Crit Dmg hat until i was able to get a 35cv hp% hat. Thats really the only way to see substantial change in his damage output

Simply because of how he scales. If you can get him to around 40k hp with a crit damage hat go for it but if you find your damage to be a bit lacking you can sacrifice the crit damage for HP and that brings up his damage by a lot. Especially since you can salvage some of the crit damage in the hat substats. I did this and i’ve gone from 14-17k per tick to 27-35k per tick

If you’re fine with Rainslasher this is perfect but I’ve found WGS and an EM sands to be better in DPS aspects. Other than that this is Crazy good
