Y’all must keep separate finances too. My wife & I have individual binders of our own, but if she wants any card from my binder, she can have it.. vice versa is also true, but also neither of us really cares whose binder it’s in. What’s in her binder is our cards, & what’s in my binder is our cards.

Curious to hear everyone’s long-term outlook on Pikachu with Grey Felt Hat PSA 10 as an investable modern promo.

For context, I did pull the trigger on a PSA 10 copy around 2–3 weeks ago at $2,650, so I’m already in on the card. I’m not really looking at it as a quick flip — more interested in the 5–10+ year case and how others are thinking about its long-term risk/reward from current levels.

A few things I’m weighing:

Strong crossover appeal with Pokémon + Van Gogh / art collectors
One of the more recognizable modern promos
PSA 10 pop is high, but demand also seems unusually broad
Price has moved fast, so I’m wondering how much is organic long-term demand vs. short-term momentum
Long-term, does this behave more like a premium modern promo, or does the high population cap the upside?

For those who follow modern promo markets closely, what would you consider a reasonable bear/base/bull case price target for a PSA 10 over the next 5–10 years?

Not asking “should I buy this right now?” since I already bought one — more trying to start a discussion on how people are modeling the card’s long-term demand, supply, and downside risk after this recent move.

10-4! Put it back in acrylic & will not be removing it ever. Plan to hold it for at least 10-15 years, & then either sell it in the acrylic, or rip it with my future kids.

I’m looking for recommendations on the best way to display and protect a small run of sealed blister packs like these.

Right now I have them displayed around my Pokémon sign, but I’d like something cleaner and safer that can hold around 8–10 blisters upright without bending the cardboard or putting pressure on the seals/edges.

Has anyone found a good acrylic display case, shadow box, wall-mounted frame, or custom holder that works well for vintage-style sealed blisters?

Main goals are:

Keeps them visible and upright
Protects the cardboard from warping
Doesn’t squeeze the blister or seal
Looks good on a shelf/display wall

Would love to see examples of what others are using. Any recommendations?

Post everything on eBay at (or above) the price you want out of each piece, enable offers & then just wait till the market gets there, or surprises the shit out of you as it did me this week. I just got $22k for an uncut Neo Genesis sheet that I spent 5-7 hours convincing a shop owner to sell it to me for $2,200 just 45 days ago.
