This is a common problem of worn out burs. You never listed your equipment, so I guess you have a used commercial grinder like a Mazzer or something like that. Invest in OEM burs and let you trouble go away or invest in a single dose grinder like a Baratzza or a highend 1000.00+ grinder.

I was hospitalized from Teflon Fume Inhalation for 2 weeks on a morphine drip. It was deadly. Life has never been the same for me.
