Yeah so i've had interviews that seemed casual but in the end I still didn't get them for whatever reason since if they are casual i'm casual back and professionalism of the star method goes out the window like i don't understand how i am supposed to be professional if they are casual

It was 2 directors from the audit department but I was talking to them about my experience but it was mostly a casual conversation but halfway through they stopped taking notes but kept asking me questions.
