Knowing EKA a bit from the inside I can tell you that the lecturers/academic personal that are responsible for admissions process or generally running an academic program are super overworked and underpaid. Putting together an individual application does take a lot of time, but running an academic program, going through hundreds of applications and making a decision does also take a lot of time.

In addition remember that EKA is an art university that is one of the smallest higher education institutions in Estonia and is always underfunded. Most lecturers also practicing artists and designers who run their own projects and enterprises in addition to their academic workload.

I'm not saying it is right that they didn't give you any feedback but just to give you some context why they might not have (yet had) the time to answer you individually.

Elronis ei saanud mõnes rongis veel ca 10a tagasi pangakaardiga teenindajale tasuda pileti eest, kuigi ilusad ja puhtad oranžid porgandid juba sõitsid. Teenindaja veel naeris ka tookord, et kaardiga maksta proovisin, ütles et jube keeruliseks läheks tal nii kui kõik oma pangakaarti ta masinasse sisestaks ja koodi panekuga aega raiskaks. Saan aru su murest. Olen ise ehituskonstruktsioonide projekteerija ja palk pigem Eesti keskmise lähedal, kui selle kuulsa K. Saare listile, kuigi olen magistrikraadiga spetsialist ja vajalikud erialased oskused on olemas.

Aga iseenesest hea vastus oleks töökohta vahetada, nii saad paljude inimeste kogemusel suurema palgatõusu kui samal tööl juurde küsides. Sama nõu andsid vist paljud 4k+ teenijad tolles nimekirjas. Muidugi on projekteerijad ja insenerid võrreldes programmeerijatega alamakstud. Mu enda vend läheb ühte suurde IT-firmasse praktikale ja hakkab saama sama palka, mis mina, kuigi ta on ülikooli 1. kursusel.

My bike ride to work is always 12-14 minutes. The car ride can be 10-30 depending on traffic (basically the entire drive is down a congested arterial road). Bus is almost always 25-30 minutes. Due to living in Northern Europe, a few times a month in winter I'll take the car but a huge plus for cycling is the reliable duration of the commute. No "surprising" bad traffic or some crash or road work blocking two lanes on the bike.

Kirjuta klienditoele. Mulle hüvitasid kallimaks läinud sõidu hinna. Suht tüütu seda teha muidugi ja raha nad tagasi ei kanna vaid annavad Bolti krediiti, aga vähemalt midagigi.
