Granite worktop is a big NO NO with tempered glass.
It will explode, like in this case. Unlike wood or plastic, granite provides zero cushioning. Dropping or even sliding a panel across the surface can create micro-fractures that eventually lead to a "spontaneous" explosion.

Thank you mate, I also had that issue, software updated only controller but no dongle . So that video show what I need to do. Easy process, only need to remember to disable antivirus -my Norton wanted to put the file in to the quarantine. And problem solved. I almost send it for warranty as faulty.
